
As People & Culture Intern, you will support the People team with key HR functions such as employee onboarding and offboarding, employee engagement, data integrity, and various HR programs such as DE&I, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Social & Wellness initiatives. You will assist in maintaining communication with employees, provide administrative support to the HR team members, and contribute to promoting a healthy, inclusive, and productive organizational culture.

Responsibilities
- Support the onboarding process for new hires by setting up HRIS profiles, completing new hire scheduling, and coordinating orientation logistics.
- Assist with off-boarding processes by tracking company property returns and assisting with exit procedures.
- Assist in maintaining employee records including HRIS updates and employee documentation, learning compliance requirements, and adhering to confidentiality protocols.
- Contribute to company programs such as Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Wellness initiatives by providing administrative support
- Manage our People Team inbox and Slack channel, including answering inquiries and connecting employees with the right People Team member to support.
- Support the Manager, P&C in key programs such as Performance Evaluations, surveys, and participating in the Joint Health and Safety Committee
- Support the creation of HR reports by gathering data on employee metrics
- Assist with the implementation of HR projects and initiatives, as needed
