Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation
- Identify core needs through user/stakeholder discussions, then draft concise feature requirements for engineering and design teams
- Market & Competitive Research
- Investigate AI product trends, analyze competitor offerings, and compile briefings on market gaps or opportunities to inform product direction
- Product Teardowns & Analysis
- Examine competitor or reference AI products, dissect user flows, and highlight insights (e.g., design best practices, feature gaps, unique approaches)
- Turning Product Feedback Into Action Items
- Collect user feedback (e.g., testing notes, support tickets) and transform it into actionable tasks, ensuring the development backlog reflects real needs
- Product Planning & Roadmapping
- Help build feature roadmaps or sprint plans, coordinate release timelines, and keep cross-functional teams aligned on upcoming milestones
- Project Management & Technical Triage

Basic Qualifications
- Currently Enrolled or Completed
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Foundational AI Knowledge
- Some exposure to machine learning concepts (via coursework, projects, or side hobbies)
- Analytical Mindset
- Comfortable working with data (spreadsheets or basic Python) to draw insights and inform decisions
- Basic Product & UX Sense
- Familiarity with user research, feature definition, or design thinking from past projects or extracurriculars
- Teamwork & Communication
- Experience collaborating in student orgs, labs, or group assignments; able to present ideas to both technical and non-technical peers. Excellent written and oral English skills
