Your tasks
- Content & Knowledge Base Creation: Develop and maintain a variety of product resources—such as user guides, FAQs, onboarding materials, and training documentation—to support users in adopting and effectively using our platform.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline content development and knowledge-sharing processes, ensuring that information is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.
- User Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze feedback from platform users to pinpoint areas for improvement, optimize the user experience, and inform product roadmap decisions.
- Data & Reporting: Use your analytical skills (e.g., Excel proficiency) to track content engagement metrics, identify trends, and present actionable insights to cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering) to align content strategy with product goals and maintain clear communication about product updates and best practices.
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled in a German university or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming concepts, APIs, and databases (e.g., SQL). The ability to read and understand code is a great plus.
- Comfortable working with structured data, running simple queries, and interpreting database schemas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in content writing and an analytical mindset, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present data effectively.
- A proactive and self-motivated individual with a keen interest in product management, content strategy, and user engagement.
- Excellent business English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse, hybrid team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excited to work in an international environment - whether in Berlin, Munich, or remotely within Germany.
