Key Responsabilities
- Ensure a well-functioning and inviting office
- Manage daily ordering, setup, and clean-up of lunch for the office
- Assisting the office in day-to-day operations, including restocking beverages and ordering snacks
- Assist with People and Culture tasks, such as onboarding of new joiners, and company breakfasts
- Coordinating social events, holiday gatherings, Friday bars, and intramural sports
- Coordinate with external vendors on operational activities such as catering, cleaning, IT, and building management
- Ensure that the daily meeting rooms are set up
- Greet visitors and be the first point of contact
- Be the first point of contact with vendor invoicing
- Ad hoc tasks include watering the plants every Monday, keeping the office nice and tidy, to the not-so-glamorous tasks of taking out the trash and filling the dishwasher
