YOUR DAILY TASKS 

• Content Creation & Management
• Manage Greenly’s LinkedIn channel by creating, scheduling, and optimizing engaging content.

• Oversee and create content for LEAF Media’s social media pages (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).

• Develop and execute original, high-impact social media campaigns to increase awareness and engagement.

• Employee Advocacy & Community Management
• Support Greenly employees in sharing thought leadership content on LinkedIn beyond just expanding their network.

• Moderate and manage Greenly’s LinkedIn communities by approving posts and fostering discussions.

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.

• Performance Tracking & Strategy
• Track and analyse the success of social media campaigns using HubSpot dashboards.

• Develop strategies to improve LinkedIn conversion rates.

• Monitor social media trends, best practices, and competitor activities to refine Greenly's social media strategy.

• Coordinate with the Brand & Content Teams to align social media content with Greenly’s overall messaging and campaigns.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES NEEDED TO SUCCEED

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

• Experience with content creation, community management, and social media analytics.

• Ability to think creatively and propose innovative campaigns.

• Passion for sustainability and interest in Greenly’s mission.

• Video editing skills are a plus!

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• 1200 gross monthly salary
