- A strong visual instinct, especially when it comes to short-form video (a portfolio or examples are a plus!)
- Experience with design and editing tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut
- Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
- A proactive mindset - you're not afraid to pitch bold ideas or take initiative
- You’re currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant program (e.g. creative media, marketing, communications, design, etc)
- Fluent in English - both in writing and speaking
